I have been using this service for 6 months now. It was a great option initially. Reliable delivery and pick-up. However, now it’s broken zippers, broken buttons, and stains. The delivery service even changed. I doubt you would like your clothing stinking up your room because someone had a nauseating fragrance to cover up their smoking in the car they are using to deliver your clothes. The fragrance is so bad I cannot even get it off my hands after multiple long washes in soap and water. Look at the other reviews Lapels is definitely not the right one for you.

I don’t dry clean often but in this case I had a short time frame before an event and need our formal attire washed! Lapels was awesome! They had our stuff done before the estimated day and they were very friendly. I love good communication. Additionally everything was clean, pressed and smelling fresh. I will definitely use them again.

Customer service was good. My main complaint is they clearly don’t care about the quality of your clothes.. they broke 2 of my buttons and ripped one completely off. Thank god I checked my shirt before I have to wear it this week.. I thought it was odd when I removed my shirt from the plastic that nothing was buttoned but now it makes sense.. it also looks like they didn’t even clean my husbands shirt cause the collar is still dirty.

Owner has the worst customer service skills. They noticeably faded 2 shirts and she acted like she couldn’t care less. They did not even notify me the shirts were damaged.

First and last time I use this company. Worse dry cleaning service I’ve got in my life. The pressed the shirt in a way that all buttons left a mark on the opposite side of the shirt, now I can’t get rid of these mark, totally ruined an expensive shirt.
