We just moved out after a little over a year of my husband, myself, and our 2 kids living here. This complex offered us everything we needed for our family. Anytime we had an issue it was addressed in a timely manner, and the front office and maintenance staff were so lovely to work with. We really enjoyed the family oriented amenities and felt it was as safe of an environment as you can get in an apartment complex. Our oldest loved riding his scooter up and down the sidewalks and he made friends with some of the other kids in the complex. We loved living here and we are a bit sad we have to leave!

Communication was never clear with the office staff and worse when they got a new office lady, made the move out process so much harder than what it could of been. The office would have someone post a letter to the door within minutes of their closing time as i had a camara and could see when they posted it then have the letter say it needed to be handled asap or legal actions would be taken, so gave us a notice with no time to respond or question it. They never responded to emails but called instead which i honestly believe was to avoid having proof of the lack of assistance. The mail situation was always such a struggle with 1st having out packages returned, then held at the post office and finally placed in a room where we had to ask the office staff for a key each time and walk back and forth with the packages to then return the key then finally take your package home. I work from home so this is such an incredible hassle with the packages i have to have delivered for work. Elizabeth was amazing and tried to assist to the best of her abilities but the new lady made this process worse with having us wait in line for so long when all we needed was the key as it was already a mission and I had to go during breaks since the office was closed when I was off work leaving my package hostage for days if not picked up during my breaks. Moving out was the worst experience I've ever had with an apartment complex but thank God we did!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Every BAD review is correct. I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS APARMTENT COMPLEX 0 STARS. THERE ARE SO MANY MORE APARTMENTS ALONG WASHINGTON RD AND EVANS TO LIVE THAT ARE WORTH THE MONEY IF YOU WANT TO FEEL SAFE AND SECURE. These apartments are not luxury. It's not even worth $500. THE GATES NEVER WORKED. IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH SPIDERS, ROACHES, RUDE OFFICE STAFF, DRUG ADDICT NEIGHBORS, DOG FECES, AND TRASH EVERYWHERE, just move here. This place is disgusting. IT LOOKS LIKE A JUNKYARD! I honestly do not understand how a complex can completely do a 360 in just a couple of months. The day of move- in they were still working on my apartment. It was filthy. It was paint everywhere, hair in the sink and tub, the vinyl floor was ripped, the toilet bowls were filled with dirty brown water, there was no washer and dryer. It was dead rodents in the carpet and dead spiders in the closet. Filled out a move in inspection form for all the damages and they promised to repair then the next day. We were really in a bind and had already moved from out of state to work in this area. The apartments were discounted which should be a RED FLAG! The community looked cleaned and quiet each time I visited. I visited both day and night. THESE RPAIRS WERE NEVER COMPLELETED AND WE HAD TO ENDURE 14 MONTHS OF HELL HERE. WE DID NOT RECIEVE A WASHER AND DRYER UNTIL 2 MONTHS AFTER MOVE IN. WE WERE PAYING FOR IT THOSE 2 MONTHS. OUR AC WENT OUT 2X IN 14 MONTHS. THEY BROUGHT 1 FAN FOR A 2BDR APARMTENT THAT WE HAD TO USE FOR 2 WEEKS!!!!!! THIS COMMUNITY IS FALSELY ADVERTIESED AS GATED. After living here for 8 months, they only fixed the exit gate which was the dumbest thing to do since they would have already entered the property. PEST CONTROL came 3x within the 14 months we were there. I called the office for months to try and get them to come spray. VALLET TRASH pickups up whenever they get time. They drag the bags across the concrete making them stained. MANAGEMENT changed 3x...

About 10 months ago I said this place was amazing but I was wrong. Don't get me wrong, the management is good and the maintenance is decent but, after living for 10 months I have to say that living there has been pretty awful. We live on the bottom floor and our neighbors are super loud and we're always smelling w££d. The Construction company has made a huge mess in the parking lots. It's been many months and they still haven't finished. But, the apartment is pretty nice and was remodeled back in 2017.

I signed my lease back in may with a move in date of July 21. I had been calling and stopping by several times to view a 3 bd room to know what space I was working with before moving in. There was never a unit available to view. I called several times was not able to get in contact with anyone over the phone. I was at least expecting a phone call by middle of July and some type of updates on the apartment . Once I finally got through and spoke with someone I was told they would allow me to view at least 48 hrs before. Still did not receive a call. I had to call the day before to see what I needed to do then it was said I can come view the apartment the day before I got my keys. To the naked eye the apartment looked ok outside some minor fixes. Once I got my keys and went through the apartment I was shocked as to what I found. I will attach pics and video below. I dropped the maintenance request off Monday July 24. It’s is July 31 and my apartment has yet to be cleaned. I asked for a new washer dryer, new tub faucets and shower heads. Along with other major issues. I had to bomb the apartment twice due to roaches. And yet still I have not been able to move into this apartment fully. 02-21/24 Update: although things has been fix finally and work orders have been worked things are little better but still dealing with roaches. Not as bad as there were before but still here. One is too many in my book I have never lived with them and didn't ever plan on it either before this experience. I have found one crawling on my bed while watching tv on two different occasions along with my daughter and son. I have had a couple crawl out my purse and lunch bag on my desk at work separate times..embarrassing luckily I caught them before someone saw. I attempted to break my lease couple months ago. I was told please don't just work with them to get remaining issues resolved due to issues with old property management that let things go to waist side. I pay for pest control and the...
