Ladybug's Flowers & Gifts

First photo is what was ordered (premium) as shown on the website vs the last photo of what was received. I expect there can be some variation, but for $194, I was underwhelmed. The delivery was on time, but had very few roses, no willow at all, and the vase was solid grey instead of clear. To be fair to the business, I have not complained to them directly. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that they’d try to make it right, but this was a group order for a funeral so I’m not interested in any kind of remedy. Just want to leave the information for others to decide whether it’s worth upgrading or just getting the standard version.

Ladybugs is the only place we will go for floral arrangements in the CSRA. Mickey and Heidi are AWESOME! The flowers are amazing and the arrangements are always stunning! They have filled out special requests and delivered to perfection! (Follow up and the flowers LAST!)

Lucky recipient of a gorgeous assortment. The freshest bouquet I’ve received. Garden tea roses look and smell beautiful! The sweet pea added a touch of color and the zinnias are eye catching! Beautiful job, well done!

We requested a colorful bouquet for our daughter for Mother's day. Ladybugs Flowers accidentally delivered red roses. The roses were beautiful, but not what we requested. I called and explained the situation. They made a second bouquet of gorgeous colorful flowers and delivered them the same day. Our daughter was overjoyed with both bouquets. Customer service was excellent. We will definitely order from them again. Thank you Ladybugs Flowers for making this Mother's day special for our daughter.
