My husband and I had a wonderful experience while purchasing our couch. Joe made the process super easy and listened to our needs. You can tell he loves what he does! Edit: our furniture got her in right about a month (yay) but... Our couches were two different colors! (See photo- the middle pillow is the other couch color) This was a mistake on our order. The salesman should have caught it. The movers left the unwanted couch and said they'll reach out for next steps. Joe kept telling me that it's an "easy" fix....but it will take at least another month before we get what we ordered! I kept reminding him that this is a big purchase and we expected it to be right. And this is our HOME we are talking about here. We also couldn't keep the wrong sofa in the meantime as a courtesy. We have cats and if they were to scratch the sofa, we are liable. I asked them to come pick it up- we'll do without. They did NOT CARE IN THE SLIGHTEST for how terribly inconvenient this is! One of the worst things told to me was, "you can talk to my manager but they're gonna tell you the same thing" wow. Excellent service right there. They did not offer a discount. They made me feel like a criminal for even asking for some sort of compensation! The store manager was the only one who was remotely understanding. She offered the pet protection for the couch we don't have yet (but just couldn't give the same protection for the other piece!) I'm sure it wouldn't bankrupt them if they put that protection on the other piece. We went to them for their reputation and quality. I will say, the ONE piece we have is great, but if we could just refund the transaction, we would. (We can't because it's considered "custom") Everything was going well til they messed up. I understand mistakes happen but the way they have handled it has been quite a disappointment.

The design program was a game-changer—it allowed us to visualize everything in our actual space, compare different options, and ultimately narrow it all down to exactly what we needed. Kristen and Jenny truly listened and focused on every detail to ensure all of our wishes were met. We couldn’t be more thrilled with how it all came together, and I’m so excited for delivery day. The employees in this establishment are very well spoken, and they don't mind you trying out the furniture. The prices are not bad and they have a great selection including very comfortable furniture. The thing that stands out the most when walking in is the great customer service, as soon as you walk in they ask if you need help with anything and if you don't need help they are happy to leave you be. I highly recommend this store when shopping for new furniture.🦖
