La Michoacana

Me and my friend came and ordered two separate tickets, her burrito was nasty and had no flavor she didn’t even eat it and they said they were going to give her a refund still haven’t called her. My nachos that I ordered was sitting in soup, chips were soggy and it was just unbearable to eat, and since it was almost hitting $20 for nachos and 17$ for a burrito we called to try to give them the food back and get the refund they refused to give me one, we threw it away and they wanted us to bring it back, even when the employee saw how much soup I dumped out and gave them back both the burrito and nachos. So many other things went wrong but I looked over it and just didnt want to make it an issue, but after getting soup nachos I indeed did want my money back. Still no refund for my friend or myself. Wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Literally look at how much soup came out and still had more !!!

From the time we walked in everyone was great. Our order was handled with care. Customer service was topnotch. The food was wonderful. We ordered the Briia quesidilla, banana split and Tres leches

Best quesobirria tacos in Augusta!!! The tacos with the pickled onions on top, were spicy and delicious. The ingredients and food is always fresh, everything is made in quickly and efficiently. Amazing customer service, but be aware that for some they may be a language barrier. Fruit cups are delicious and so refreshing. Tamales are okay they were huge and with chunks of meat.

I will say the best experience while ordering to go. Oscar one of the owners was so kind and friendly. He took my order and also he was so helpful with his employees. It was great witnessing this even during there busiest hour of the lunch rush

You order hot food first and dessert second, you also pay for each separately (two registers). Service from the grille side was excellent, and they were polite and professional. Food is decent but the fresh ice cream, popsicles, and every other dessert is what we go for. The popsicles are fresh and have the homemade test, we love the cookies and cream and watermelon flavors. We went when it was slow but once we had our food rush hour came and the atmosphere was awesome! Lots of families all coming to enjoy wonderful food and delights. Will be back!
