Kohl's

First time coming to this kholes. I live in another town. Although the store itself is nice the lady that checked us out was super rude for no reason at all.I didn't get her name but she was an older African American lady and she was sitting on a stool. Please treat your customers with kindness and respect. No sense in being rude if I'm being nice.

Great store in a great location. Everything is always clean. Even the bathrooms and changing rooms. Associates are very friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about locations of items. Self checkout is quick and easy.

Debbie and Hailey are the reason I shop in stores over online any day. I was having a lonely and challenging day and wanted to get out of the house and browse Sephora for some hair products to feel prettier. From the moment I walked into Sephora at Kohl's Debbie and Hailey greeted me with genuine care and friendliness. Debbie asked me several questions about what I was looking for and shared her personal opinions and had expertise knowledge of the products. Hailey joined in and told me about different hair products that worked for her and gave me great suggestions as well. I wasn't sure which hair mask I wanted to choose and Debbie and Hailey were so sweet and gave me a few little samples so I could decide which one I liked the best before buying the full mask. Because they sent home me home with the samples I committed to purchasing the hair mask from them when I decided which one I wanted. This made it so that I will definitely return to the store and have this as my primary store. We had a fun conversation, they complimented me, and they were professional. I walked away feeling better that day, and getting the service I needed, to boot! I cannot emphasize enough how important this is in customer service and in the world in general and why shopping should never be online. I will be a loyal customer to this store because of Debbie and Hailey. Please give them the recognition they deserve! This world cannot function without people like them.

I shop at Kohl's regularly. My hubby needed some pants for an occasion because he forgot to pack some on a trip. I was able to get what I needed really quickly.

Very clean and well lit. Very friendly and quick cashier who was helpful about Kohl’s cash and not rushed. I Will absolutely be back again. Spring and summer stock is abundant w excellent prices.
