**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service During a Tough Time – A Hidden Gem!** During an unplanned emergency trip—on top of Masters Week when every hotel was charging triple—this place was my saving grace. Not only did they have availability when nowhere else did, but they also didn’t take advantage of my desperation with inflated prices. What really made the difference was the **staff**. **Marie** at the front desk ensured I was comfortable despite limited room options. When I had an issue with my toilet, the maintenance man **immediately** came to fix it. And **Cristal** (I believe that was her name) from housekeeping went above and beyond—checking on me, bringing fresh towels, and even a clean blanket. She was so warm and friendly, making me feel like a priority despite the circumstances. For the price and the kindness shown, I couldn’t have asked for more. This isn’t a luxury resort, but the **genuine care** from the team made it better than any overpriced stay elsewhere. On future trips (planned, thankfully!), I’ll be booking here first—both for the affordability and to see the wonderful staff who looked out for me. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!

Edit: The cleaner appears to have done the best they could while I was away at work today. That is likely the case with management and ownership as well, just trying to keep the place afloat, and at the price tenants probably are often destroying the rooms. Perhaps my room is punishment for booking third party nonrefundable. The white, somewhat flaky and shiny looking stains on the partially applied couch cover are suspicious, as are the oily spots on the pillow case. The ashes on the writing desk match the burn holes in the carpet. There is an old fashioned speaking tube system connecting the rooms through the bathroom vent in case one needs communicate with neighbors. Only two lamps, one controlled by the switch at the door, are non functional. I did not remove the tissue paper jammed into the peephole in the door, assuming it served some important purpose. Front desk was a window, the lobby filled with playthings for an animal or possibly a child as far as could be told from the locked, print out laden door. The clerk was quick about business but not rude. If you have sixty-five dollars and need a warm place to sleep, there was a bed.

Everyone was really nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Location was really close to everything. Very convenient. Thanks guys, see you next year.

Staff is extremely hostile and unprofessional. Rooms get cleaned randomly. As in might be once a week or three times a week, but never everyday. They don’t vacuum or anything. Just change towels out like twice a week. Multiple rooms we found bed bugs in and roaches. Plenty of outside entertainment though with all the “late night female workers” and drug deals going on though in the parking lot. Cops usually show up on a regular looking for people. The back corner of the hotel the horde trash. Plus we haven’t even started on all the issues we have had with the staff. Most unprofessional staff I’ve ever seen.

Avoid this hotel! It is absolutely disgusting. There are mysterious “stains” on the sofa cover, the walls and doors have paint peeled off, the toilet seat is pitted and cracked, towel bar has been broken off in the bathroom. I have never had a place so disgusting charge money to stay at it.
