The produce is always close to or passed its selling quality but the prices are higher than the other better high quality stores. They throw those ones out. I've shopped at that building when it was another brand store 3 times ago. It's a tough business and I appreciate stocking what they do have, but virtually nothing is healthy enough to consume. Added sugars to prolong shelf life, foods too near expiration or passed are too costly to keep at home so you'd have to shop every day. I get bread from other stores at a much lower cost than $4 a loaf. Pastries loaded with sugar taste like it. I try to support KJ's but I cannot find the things I need and neither can others. That's why the store's usually empty.

Great selection of items, polite staff, store was very clean, great prices.

Overpriced, Understocked, employees are pleasant but they take advantage of low income areas like vultures picking the bones of a hard life.

Really good meat department. They have pork steaks, which, surprisingly enough, are hard to find.
