Kimballs Plumbing Heating-Electrical & AC LLC

We had major sewage backup in 2 of our bathrooms and called Kimball's at 7:15 in the morning. They sent out their plumber, Taylor James, and he was here within a half hour. Taylor was able to complete the job in an hour. We were amazed with the fine job he did and would recommend his service to all.

Let me first preface this review with saying that the most recent employed to stop by - James - Is deserving of five stars for his work. No doubt he was prompt and knowledgeable. But, the rest of the company gets one star from me after multiple visits to fix the same issue of a leaking shower… It started with them saying I had a leaky shower fixture because of staining on the ceiling below the shower. They made minor repairs on the first visit but said my shower drain was fine. Take note of their assessment that the drain was okay. The second visit was to replace the entire shower fixture, Which they did incorrectly…see attached pictures. When I sent them pictures of my concerns, It resulted in them telling me they didn’t install the shower fixture improperly as this was just the way the new fixtures were and telling me I would be charged more for a follow up visit…only for them to come out and then admit that I was right about things not being properly installed and there also being missing equipment that I had pointed out. The Plumber’s exact words were “I guess I’ll remember this for the next ones I install.” When the leaking continued, The owner came out…I showed him the ceiling and pointed out the leaking happened after running the shower for just a couple minutes with nobody in it and he told me the only way to find the problem was to cut my ceiling out which I did as he said that would save me money. The next day, James came out and took one look at the shower and said I can tell you that the drain is probably loose. He said there was never a reason to cut out the ceiling. He showed me how he could move the shower drain by pushing it back back-and-forth. Less than five minutes of total work of screwing the assembly together and the job was done. James even came back after his lunch just to check and make sure things were fine. The original bill for this visit was $225 — on top of the more than $1000 I had already paid for previous visits — as kimbal...

Hunter was everything you expect a technician to be: prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was recommended to us by a friend for whom he had done work, and he did not disappoint. We initially just needed him to add a can light and switch, which he did quickly. We then decided to ask him to come back the next day and install two ceiling fans. Once again he was on time, did the work competently and in good time. We were more than satisfied by the whole experience, and we will ask for Hunter by name when we need electrical work done in future. A good job and well done, Hunter! Thank you!

Grateful to Kimballs for sending out Mr. James and Dylan to fix my hot water issues promptly and efficiently! When I called and spoke to Hannah, she made the process of setting up the appointment painless and called the NEXT day to let me know they were on the way. I definitely recommend Kimballs for all your plumbing concerns.

James came to fix the handle on my shower/bathtub because it wasn't turning the water off after my shower. He was here within an hour of my call so that I could turn my water back on quickly even though I told them I could manage for a day. He even worked around my work video meeting. He was quick, super clean, and everything works great! Blake took my payment over the phone before James left so there is no surprise bill waiting for my attention. I like that feature too. I have used Kimball's before and will certainly call again.
