Leasing with Bridges was a smooth and easy experience from the start, and when they merged and changed to Keyway, everything continued to be just as great—if not better. The transition was handled so clearly and professionally that as a tenant, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I rented the same property for five years, and throughout that time, the team was always responsive, respectful, and easy to work with. Communication was consistent, and any questions or maintenance needs were addressed quickly. When it came time to move out, Keyway made the process simple and stress-free. They provided clear instructions, were fair with the final walkthrough, and made sure everything was wrapped up smoothly. It’s rare to find a property management company that takes such good care of tenants from move-in to move-out, but Keyway delivered. Highly recommend!

I started with this company as my property manager in 2023 when it was Bridges. My first property manager was nice and helpful, but admittedly let some things fall through the cracks. In 2024, we unfortunately had to go through the eviction process after my tenant stopped paying rent entirely though there were no issues with the property (maybe they fell on hard times). This was my first time dealing with this and the Director of Accounting Annie Marshall answered all of my questions and kept me updated on the progress. During that time, I was also assigned a new property manager (Nikki Crenshaw) and I've been impressed with her responsiveness, timelessness in resolving issues, and attention to detail. I'm very particular with my requests and she's been on top of it! The first time we spoke, we were on the phone for about 45 minutes and I gave her a list of things I wanted addressed with the property (in addition to necessary repairs and cleaning after the previous tenant) before listing it again. Within a week or two I was emailed several quotes. Now I have a new tenant and I couldn't be happier. Nikki is an awesome and attentive property manager! Also, shout out to Deedee Chambers and Ana Alica Figuracion for their help!

My experience with the organization has been a pleasant one. The only issue I have is not being able to communicate with a live human being. Emails and chats are good to a certain point. Sometimes information can get lost or confusing in emails and chats. Speaking to a person can be avoided /prevent parties involved from going back and forth to clarify information. Overall good experience. I look forward to work with the team.
