This was a state farm claim took them over 2 weeks to replace my bumper and repair a small area on left rear quarter panel on truck. Called told me it was ready picked up brought it home checked it out Sunday morning body work not done correctly. Muffler hanger was not hooked up and bolts that hold bumper on were left loose. Took it back Monday and was told body work wasn't the issue that it was pior damage. I said no only damage was where bumper hit truck. Then was told reason the Mufler hanger was not hooked up was because state farm would not approve it I said why not was cause by accident she said they just wouldn't but the tech lowered it and connected it. Just wanted my truck repaired correctly not to argue over it. Never use them again.

I’ve been taking my car there for years! Wouldn’t trust anyone else with it. The management is great and attentive along with the front desk as well. I have had 3 separate incidents over the past year and each visit is better than the last. I was super impressed with the most recent visit, the car is now flawless! Sometimes it takes a little longer but I completely fine with that because they are really big into the details which is what I am all about and really appreciate that they spend the time on the little things! Thanks again I am super happy with how the car turned out, it looks brand new again! I hope I don’t have any more incidents but if I do this is the only place I will go! Thanks again! Perry

Kendricks always does an amazing job anytime they are servicing my cars-not only are they very skilled they’re very efficient and go out of their way to please the customer. They went above and beyond to ensure that my car was ready in a timely manner much sooner than what I expected. The repairs were done perfectly, and the customer service is outstanding.

I was kept up to date about every 2 to 3 days on the progress of my vehicle. When I got the vehicle back, it was very clean and the repairs were awesome. Kendrick s deserves accolades for the great job they did on my vehicle . This is one happy customer.
