Kendrick Paint & Body

I was rear ended by another driver. The other driver’s insurance paid for all the work on my car at Kendrick, but I was beyond satisfied with the service. The receptionists were always helpful and nice. Randall was always very quick to return or initiate calls/emails as needed to keep the process moving smoothly with the insurance company and rental etc. My liftgate and back bumper were nearly fully replaced and they look amazing. One small part is on national back order so they let me take me car now and just come back in for a quick replacement when the part comes in. Randall went out of his way to set me up to fix a small part on my door that was unrelated to the accident as well at minimal cost. I was referred to Kendrick by Evans Kia, and I will definitely recommend them as well. Thank you!

I’m very happy with Kendrick Paint and Body. Every employee that I encountered was personable, knowledgeable and professional. Their customer service is above and beyond and rare these days. My car looks great and they were right on in giving me a date that it would be ready. Thank you to every employee that was involved with my car repairs.

We took a 2017 Toyota RAV4 in for warranty paint repair and Christine took excellent care of the entire process from the intial phone call through to completion. We had been given the run-around by other shops but she was a knowledgeable professional that held to every pledge she made with regard to this repair! It was refreshing to deal with a body shop who really took the time to care about their clients! Great job Kendrick's!

I've been in the automotive business for over 40 years to include dealing with body shops and on two separate occasions having my car repaired at a body shop. You would be sadly mistaken if you took your car anywhere else except Kendricks. They did an incredible job on my truck. Painter was so good that they didn't even have to buff it which from my understanding is the norm. They're painter has been working there for over 35 years. The other two times there were squirrel marks in the paint where they had to buff it after painting. The only other shop I've ever seen who is able to accomplish the workmanship of Kendricks is Pete Moore Chevrolet in Pensacola Florida. Also I went to different body shops before I chose Kendrick's and was able to see the work they did. I visited five of them and found their work lacking. Particularly in the paint. The paint is the most important step to making your car look new. I'm telling you, you've got to use Kendricks I can't praise them enough.

The rep (Christina) was amazing!!! She set the bar really high telling me how they would repair my car. And to my surprise, they even exceeded the high expectation she set. I was so happy with the repairs on my car that I offered a tip, but she refused saying that a smile on my face was all she wanted. Absolutely, amazing!
