Kelley Appliance Center

I couldn’t find what I needed in a refrigerator at the big box stores, so I decided to try Kelley’s. Kevin was my salesman; he knew exactly what I was looking for in a refrigerator when I told him what I needed. Unlike the other stores, which have at least a 2-to-3-week waiting period for the same model, they could deliver it that week. I had an issue with the refrigerator after delivery, and called the store. Kevin called me back with a solution, and my problem was solved just like that. You may find the same model of an appliance elsewhere, but you will not see the customer service Kelley’s offers. I would highly recommend them !!

My experience in ordering our appliances was amazing - all thanks to Princess. Her level of customer service was the best we’ve had in very long time, from any company. Although we live over an hour away, we will be forever customers.

From the time we walked into Kelley Appliance Center thru the delivery and set up was great! We dealt mostly with Princess and she’s been great in answering our questions. The delivery guys were on time and did a great job installing and making sure everything was exactly where I wanted them, level and working properly before they left. They were all great!

Kelly’s Appliance was recommended to me and I’m very happy that I purchased my new appliances from them. Kevin is very knowledgeable and went “above” what I consider normal customer service. It was a pleasure doing business with this company!!

Two hours on a Saturday afternoon and excellent guidance from Airese made for a totally positive appliance shopping experience at Kelley’s. I was most impressed by the selection offered, and left there feeling completely confident in the choices I came up with.
