Kay Jewelers is a place where you can always find exactly what you want. They also have excellent customer service. Alice is one of the best I've encountered. She is intelligent, patient and listens to her customers to ensure they leave happy and pleased. She is supported by Tiara and some wonderful coworkers. They are what make the shopping experience exactly what it should be. Make a purchase or just looking, the quality of the service is still excellent, courteous and professional.

Katie was perfectly helpful when deciding on the perfect pair of earrings! I didn’t expect to buy a piece of jewelry today, but now I own my first pair what I always wanted! She took the time to make sure everything on my account was updated/corrected. Packaged up everything. Assured that I had the protection plan, and certification cards before I left. I left feeling like I had just been shopping with a friend rather than a jewelry consultant. I will definitely come back when I need my pieces cleaned, fixed, you name it! Katie is invaluable to Kays!

Great experience buying jewelry for the first time. I was greeted by everyone and assisted by a young lady until Alice became available. Alice was very nice and efficient. I'll be coming back soon

Katie was amazing today! We went in to just look at upgrading my wife’s ring and with Katie’s help, we walked out with a brand new ring and band! She was extremely helpful and very personable. We will be back for fathers to get me a new band and hope to work with Katie again.
