Massive thanks to the team in Aiken that fixed my late grandfathers watch. The crystal was shattered, metal band was destroyed and it was not running. This watch was made in the 60s and means so much to me to finally have it in a wearable condition. The amazing staff sent it out to a specialized watchmaker for repairs and I am extremely happy with the results.

I called the Aiken Kay Jeweler on a whim today to see about getting my ears pierced. I had previously had my ears pierced when I was twelve years old which was over 50 years ago but due to some issues with not wearing good earrings and leaving them in too long one became inflamed and I let it grown up. I decided to get them pierced again today and when I called I was told they could do it today between 12 and 5:00. I spoke with Chris and Amber when I went in and they were great. Amber showed me the choice of earrings for piercing and explained the process and aftercare He did the piercing and it was virtually painless! I highly recommend Kay Jewelers.
