The delivery was just as smooth. They dropped it off right in our driveway and took the time to walk me through all the features. Outstanding service from start to finish!

I had the most wonderful experience with Kart King! I was having issues with my golf cart as well as needing new tires. I cannot even tell you how many companies I reached out to that gave me insane pricing. I called Kart King and talked to Rob who was so kind and honest. I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your cart needs! I will never use another cart company, that’s for sure!! They seriously went over and beyond the call of duty!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and attempt to shop with Kart King . I came in on July 3rd around 3pm to take a look at inventory after speaking with a rep Ryan on Facebook. When I get to the store the sales manager Steven appeared annoyed after conveying they close in 1 hour (4pm) however, he still ran my info and did the application on his end by typing my info in his computer . I was approved same day for financing . Steven said the grey Denago Rover I wanted was downtown and if I wanted to pick it up on my own I could but his delivery driver had left for the day. (Okay totally understandable) I told him I would try to get a truck on Saturday July 5th since they were closed Friday for the 4th of July . Saturday late morning I contact Steven and he says I need to come in person and finalize the paperwork as it takes several hours and we probably wouldn’t finish in time because they close at 2pm. I started to get the feeling that he did not want to sell to me so I started to look elsewhere . I went to Kart King in person around 11am on Monday July 7th and from the moment I pulled up Steven looked annoyed . He was on his phone sitting up against the wall outside , he looked over at my car rolled his eyes and walked inside. We picked up where we left off and I ask him if I do the paperwork today can the Kart be delivered today . (Mind you I live local) he says he will contact the GM and see… before he does my paperwork . I leave and he texts me saying the grey cart I want is in Orangeburg South Carolina and the orange colored cart physically in the store he couldn’t deliver until the next day. Steven said on Thursday the grey kart was downtown and was local, now he’s saying it’s in SC. There was a cart I was willing to settle for in the store (the orange one) and still 5 hours until the store closed so why couldn’t it be delivered ? I leave and drive way to South Carolina that same day to go to a different golf cart company . I got there at 2...

Great company and professional staff. Rob and Barry provided expert advice and valuable input on upgrading my EZGO TXT Golf Cart to a lithium battery and OEM lift kit. They were able to complete the upgrades in just two short days. The installation of the new lithium battery set-up and lift kit was also completed in a high quality craftsmanship manner. The cost of the upgrades was more than fair and very reasonable. All of the manufacturer upgrades and parts were of high quality materials.
