Would give more than 5 stars if i could! Shay and her team went above and beyond for our wedding earlier this month. They are so friendly and professional. Every interaction in person and via phone call/message was pleasant and she was always available to answer any of my questions. Shay listened to our vision and truly exceeded our expectations. We got to see mock setups and she communicated with us about every design element. Everything was so beautiful. We got so many compliments on the decor and setup! She also helped provide other things like catering equipment, things for sound system, cake cutting, bouquets, and help with other tasks. Her team is so talented. She's been a life saver during wedding planning, especially when we lost our previous venue during the hurricane. She helped find a new one and helped any way she could with the whole process. Where do I begin?? Excellent customer service and affordable prices!!! All I provided was colors of choice and Shay executed perfection!! More than what my daughter envisioned. Everything was beautiful. She was very pleased with her graduation dinner decorations!! Highly recommend!!!!!!
