I paid for a consultation for Mr. Garcia to do my taxes. We arrived at the meeting to find out Mr. Garcia was not able to attend the meeting. We then meet with a young man that I didn't know anything about. It was very unprofessional at best. Fast forward to tax time & we went to make an appiontment to do the taxes. We were told we could not get in before the deadline & that Mr Garcia would just file an extension. No problem but it's a good thing I looked about penalties if you pay after the do date. I called the office again to inquire estimating my taxes & was told they could not help me. This means I would have to pay the penalties. Very unprofessional. In response to Mr Gracia We were not given the option to reschdule our 1st appiontment or we would have done so. We knew we had a unique situation within our taxes this year & wanted to speak with you. I find it funny you can respond to this review but could not speak to me directly with a substantial payment on the line. Your admin is a very nice person but she did not convey the info you did in your response about being able to avoid paying penalties with our appointment on the 21st. Communication is the key & your office dropped the ball.
