I especially appreciate Erin, who was wonderfully helpful in talking with me through updating coverage, finding preferred contractors, and working through other details of my policies. I'm completely satisfied with the whole experience with state farm insurance agent Erin Jonathan English. I've been seeking coverage for several weeks. The process has been extremely horrendous. So many falsehoods out there. Too many hoops to jump thru. At 78 y/o, too many companies taking advantage. I'm on a set income, and they try to take advantage. Ms.English took her time to explain the options available to me. Explained ways I could save. Made whole process easy for me from start to finish. And I got the best insurance for me, right from my phone. Now, no more worries. Much better coverage that I was paying hundreds more for. Thank you
