I was very disappointed in Wendell Johnston. After a one hour meeting he accepted a retainer. When it was determined I was not going forward, he tells me my retainer was used up. So, he basically charged me $1,000 an hour. He claims he made a phone call (left message) and sent one email. Very expensive and not knowledgeable on probate procedure. Felt he made up charges so as not to refund the retainer balance.

We use this Law Firm to handle the contracts offered to us on property we have to sale and they are terrific. They are efficient, professional and perceptive which really helps when dealing with commercial property.
