The workers at this location were wonderful. Very quick, super friendly, and we’re not pushy to add on any extras that sometimes can be a bother at oil change locations. Each employee was very attentive, did their job, and got me in/out in a timely manner! Will definitely be back.

I needed to get my oil changed and a few other things to my truck. I went to Jiffy Lube in North Augusta because of the friendly and helpful staff. They were very thorough and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I appreciate the patience dealing with me having hearing problems and they were so helpful with having to sometimes repeat what they were informing me about my truck and asking questions. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. They made sure I knew what was needing to be done and if I wanted it done. I always go to this Jiffy Lube because they are the BEST. Thank you for everything

Came in for an oil change and these guys were some of the most professional people ever! I was in and out while they maintained efficiency with the oil change and I'm blown away with how good the service was. I've used walmart for my oil changes but after being shown that they basically destroyed my oil filter and rushed everything, safe to say I will be using only jiffy lube from now on! 10/10 experience

The store was super clean and well-organized, and the staff was not only professional but also genuinely fun and friendly. You could feel the camaraderie and strong leadership from the moment you pulled in. Toby, the youngest tech there, had an awesome attitude and walked me through everything step-by-step. Hannah, who handled the iPad and explained the services, was honest, clear, and gave real recommendations without pushing unnecessary work. In fact, she let me know my air filters were still in good shape and didn’t need replacing—super refreshing to see that kind of honesty. Justin, the manager, clearly runs a tight ship. He kept the whole operation flowing smoothly and made sure both the team and customers were taken care of. Everyone seemed in good spirits, working together like a well-oiled machine. Professional, personable, and trustworthy—can’t ask for more. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

Pretty good group of guys! They handle all our fleet vehicles and have never had an issue with them. I do however miss the free car wash ticket we use to get but still a great place to get your vehicles serviced.
