Trevor was an amazing help when it came time to have my oil changed. He took the time to explain everything that he found that could potentially be a problem or that needed to be taken care of immediately. Overall he made my experience with Jiffy Lube great and his customer service was 100% on point. Keep up the amazing work Trevor!!!

This Jiffy Lube had the best customer service that you could ask for. A lot of places recommend things that aren’t needed but this one does a thorough look over. Trevor recommended some essential things that were needed and I trust his judgment because he actually knew what he was talking about.(that’s a big deal) Thank you for hiring such professional and knowledgeable individuals. Lost my house to fire and lost all my tools so I decided to get Jiffy Lube in Evans to do my second oil change with them. Had zero issues the first time. This time I found oil drops in my brand new poured driveway I had to replace due to the fire. The oil filter and the oil plug is leaking. I also told them not to check my two air filters because I was going to replace them myself with K&N filters. They pulled both of them anyways and when they put the cabin filter back in it was crammed it back in all bent up. Will have to go back to get them to fix the issues.wish there was a place to post pictures. Update. Issue was fixed. Both the oil filter and oil plug was indeed tight. There was left over oil from being changed and just wasn’t wiped down. We also discussed on the best way to remove oil from my driveway. Very pleased with them fixing the issue

Came in for a brake fluid exchange. The gentleman was very professional and nice also put air in my back tire and noticed the cause of the air leak, which I already knew and was getting fixed at the place that caused it. The only thing I forgot to do was have my fluids checked before I left. I’ll have to return at some point. Great service from beginning to end very quick as well.

I’ve always liked Jiffy Lube however they keep taking service away! They use to offer a free car wash. Now they don’t! They use to vacuum your car. Now they don’t! Yesterday I went for my tires and oil to be checked before a trip. They said I need a quart of oil. I said ok but they charged me for the oil. They never have before! I’ve always used them and I felt I paid a little more for all the extra services but now I’m questioning my decision!!! You can’t charge more and discontinue services! Please tell me why I should continue using Jiffy Lube??
