As always, this crew maintains my small fleet of company vehicles, often times they get me in and out in 20 minutes, and I never have any surprises about the cost.

My son and I took our vehicles here for an oil change. The team was friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and one of them (I think it was Mrs. Peggy) fixed my son's driver seat. It's electric and hadn't been working. I dont know what she did, but we are so grateful! They weren't pushy about purchasing extra things like filters and coolant, which I really appreciated.

I received excellent service from Lee S, Peggy C, and Jennifer D. I noticed that they worked well together. They were efficient, prompt and courteous. They communicated in a way that I could understand my car’s manufacturer recommendations. They were able to answer questions I had and they made suggestions for my next service. KUDOS

Price was a bit higher than I remember since I have been going to my dealership over the past few years for oil changes but getting an appointment is a nightmare at times. Service was fast and William and Peggy were awesome! I was also able to use a coupon which brought the price down to what I pay at the dealership. I will be returning to this location the next time I need an oil change instead of waiting on the dealership to “fit me in when possible”.

I stopped at this particular Jiffy Lube while I was on that side of town. I normally go to the Jiffy Lube on the Sorh side of Aiken - they normally do a good job. However, the Jiffy Lube I went to this time, I have no intention of going back. I was waiting in the lounge no less than 20-25 minutes for the oil change. Then after paying 125 dollars I was lead outside for what I thought was to get in my vehicle - well believe it or not they where still working on it - I stood outside for another 10 minutes waiting for it to be completed. Then they had a problem getting the hood to lock, which has never happened - I have a plastic shield on the hood to keep bugs and such off the front of the hood - this piece could have been damaged with the force that the technician used to close the hood. And I was told that both the air filter and cabin filter need to be changed - I declined that service because I was told the cabin filter was 65 dollars - that seems high to me - also once I left I noticed a knob in the passenger side floor board. This was not there when the service began - I believe it goes on the cabin filter housing - I have to double check that. Last thing was on the receipt it says that my tires were checked - they run 35 psi - but the read out on my panel showed 28 on the left front tire, 30 psi on the left back, and 31 psi on both tires on the right side. My question is were the tires checked, if so why wasn't air added to the tires? I don't know if the crew was having a bad day or whether this is the normal quality of service. Either way I will definitely not be back - I will stick with the southside or go to another place.
