Simply outstanding customer service. I highly recommend the GEICO office in Augusta. EDIT: Here are the details- we completed an Army PCS move to Augusta/Eisenhower. I was unable to change our car insurance from CO to GA on the GEICO website, so I called their corporate Military Service Center. The customer service was terrible and the lady I spoke to neither knew what to do, nor tried to figure it out. She ended up telling us that she can't change the insurance to GA unless we obtain GA driver's licenses and GA license plates.... This didn't sound correct, so I eventually called GEICO local office in Augusta. The representative was great to work with. He researched the topics he didn't know off top of his head and was able to change our vehicle insurance to GA without us having to change our CO licenses and vehicle registrations (we will do so when they are about to expire). On top of this he was able to lower our premiums. We couldn't be more satisfied. Also, my wife spoke to another agent from the same local office. She was also great, making it easy for my wife to bundle our homeowner's insurance with our car insurance and save even more. Overall, both my wife and I highly recommend both GEICO and the GEICO local Augusta office.

this is my second review for this case!!!!!! please do not sign up with geico!!!!!! please!!!! we had a relative small problem, a squirell chewed up some wires, buick had our car for 9 days already!!!!!! why???? because Geico has no clue what to do, we had one adjuster tony who never gets back to us then literally doesnt know what to do and got NOTHING rollung....our agent mary , same......not returning calls not in contact with buick,y husband is at buick right now monday 12pm and Geico still(!!!!!!!!!!!!) hadnt paid the remaining balance!!!! i like to add that we pay thousands for insurance every 6 month and this is our very first claim ever!!!!!!!!! Shame on you geico, we switching to state farm and we will bring this to the attention of bbb , and others, this is beyond horrible!!!!!!! matter of fact if this lady or whoever this tony is knew what they were doing we could have gotten our car back the NEXT DAY!!!!!!!!!!! And here we are no car,SHAME SHAME SHAME ON YOU GEICO!!!!!!!! they have no problem collecting the money but when they have to pay this is whats happening??????? right now buick said geico still hasnt paid tje $180 bucks for some exyra work......please find a different company !!!!!!!

Today I made several attempts to call Geico local Augusta Ga office. Unfortunately, I continued to get these recordings/runarounds. Finally, after making several attempts...left messages claiming someone would call me back. Noone never did. Only when I decided to hit the button for the emergency road side service is when someone said her name was Courtney finally answered. I begin telling her that I had made several attempts to get someone on the line. She begin stumbling over her own words then stating that Geico had a glitch with the phone systems. Of course I did not believe her as to how she quickly answered when I hit the button for the emergency road side service...all before it continued to ask me to leave a message...and I did but Noone returned my call. I do not know if Courtney the rep is new or is a real person for that matter but this was totally un called for such unprofessional. She never emailed the conformation number. I had to call back later to confirm with 2 other gentlemen: Herman and Patrick who were the most helpful. I have been with Geico of and on for nearly 30 plus years. Already paying too much 300.00 monthly for just 1 driver ...myself. So I do not Ever need such treatment as this today. I bet there was no glitch with my payment going thru the system. This is just bad business practice! Totally unprofessional!

After contacting corporate multiple times, they still had not forwarded my valid insurance information to the GA MVD after two months. Went to the local office and it was fixed within the hour and the MVD reports my vehicle as finally having valid insurance.

Tabitha Sapp, GEICO agent did an excellent job helping me select the best coverage for my family. She was patient, professional, and courteous. Enjoyed with her!!!!
