JAN-PRO Cleaning & Disinfecting in NE Georgia-Aiken

I knew from day one this wasn’t the right company to invest money in. Firstly, I accompanied my mom to see what Jan Pro of Tampa was all about. The man who talked to us automatically said that Jan Pro wasn’t a get rich soon type of business which is correct because it’s more of a live below the poverty type of business. He didn’t introduce himself nor did he kindly walked us out once the meeting was over which is usually what a good salesperson does. His behavior was more like we were wasting his time. I feel like my mom was discriminated because of her faith. Yes, I did made a review regarding this disappointment we encountered at our introduction to Jan Pro but then I deleted because despite the disappointment, my mom and her husband gave $20,000 to Jan Pro. My mom’s husband even apologized for a review which he didn’t have to apologize for because I was the one who wrote it. Yet the company refused to give him accounts that were worth the $20,000 he put into the company. I may not be the owner nor the manager but I get furious when I see my family members getting ripped off their money and discriminated.

Our on staff janitor retired and we decided to look for a professional cleaning service until we replaced him. I saw an advertising for Jan-Pro and decided I would give them a call and the rest is history. They did a phenomenal job. I especially like working with the Lord's and Ms Duberry, they were always responsive to our needs especially at the start of the pandemic. I would definitely work with them in the future.

I've recently hired Jan-Pro to clean both of our offices; one in Aiken and one in Augusta. We are very pleased with the huge difference it has made to our working environment. We work in high traffic offices and I can still smell how clean it is two days after their visit. I've also personally been present for their Enviro-Shield disinfectant spray and I am convinced that is the best protection. I'm very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

Jan-Pro has always done a great job with our office. Communication has always been great and a representative periodically stops by to make sure everything is up to our standard. Thank you.

My father works for Jan pro cleaning the carlstar group in aiken sc. And it seems that his hours have been cut short, so instead of him working 7pm to 7 am. He is now working 11pm to 7 am. I wish Debra would give him more hours because he is very abusive at home and we need a break.
