Jamie was fantastic and beyond helpful in getting us into our first home. As first-time home buyers, we needed someone with expert knowledge who offered guidance, and Jamie made us feel like her only clients (even though we were definitely NOT!). Highly recommend.

We sort of "happened upon" Jamie when a house we were interested in was being sold by one of her KW partners. Jamie stepped in to ensure that all discussions and negotiations would be fully above-board and advocating the best for both that client and for ourselves. When that particular house did not work out, Jamie was ready to go on the adventure with us to find another. Our requirements for our "forever home" were specific, and Jamie was supportive and patient and affirmed our plans and wishes for the purchase of a house to be the right fit. Jamie has rare qualities as a realtor: in NO way was she pushy, expectant, or hurried in our search. Additionally, she acknowledged and supported us as whole people during the search process--the feelings, weight, challenges, and excitement that go in the home buying process. While being fully comfortable sharing my thoughts, feelings, and reservations, I also found Jamie to be intelligent, savvy, and more than well informed on the aspects of owning, renting, fixing, and enjoying a home. I feel like we could have talked forever if I needed it on what to expect and the pros and cons of each decision. I know that I will keep Jamie's number for the next question I have in the home-owning, home-selling process!

Jamie is THE BEST! I contacted her a few months before listing my home because I needed a professional opinion. We had a long phone conversation about my home, my goals for selling, and my timeline. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered questions I didn't even know I had! She immediately scheduled a time to check out my house in person to make recommendations. She literally braved a storm to make the scheduled appointment time. She gave me a fair assessment of my property with very reasonable recommendations. I began making the recommended improvements a few months prior to listing the home and she was there every step of the way. She was always available to talk or text about even the smallest things. I honestly felt like I was her only client which I know wasn't true...she is just THAT personable! I followed all her recommendations and it paid off! I closed on my house in less than 4 weeks which is almost unheard of! I truly know that I can contact her again for any real estate needs and she would go above and beyond! I worked with other real estate agents and never felt like I truly had someone on my side the way I did with Jamie!

Jamie is an outstanding realtor. She is very responsive, is knowledgeable about the Augusta area, and made the home-buying process incredibly easy the whole way through.
