They were amazing to help me through a very difficult time. The entire staff was patient, thoughtful, & respectful to everyone involved in my husband's service. They went above & beyond to do everything in their power to honor him.

There are angels on this earth and four of them are at James Funeral Home. There is no worse experience than planning the funeral for a loved one, especially a young person who died in tragic circumstances. There are details which must be dealt with no matter how painful and at the time it seems impossible to make decisions which have to be made. James Funeral Home feels like family is taking care of your loved one. Miss Margie and her three children were the answer to Prayer for my family. From the very first contact they were comforting and reassuring and completely professional every step of the way. They left no stone unturned to make this painful situation a celebration of life and a Homegoing and not just a family tragedy. I just can't describe how comforting that was or how grateful I am for the many ways they made this situation easier for a grieving family. I felt like family members were taking care of a family member they loved. And they thought of everything that would comfort a family at this painful time. The music was beautiful and they even gave me a CD of it that is so uplifting I play it all the time and am uplifted every time. There is no detail too small for them to take care of to help a family. Our loved one loved flowers and was very picky about flowers so having a special spray was very important to us. Darlene recommended a florist whose work was absolutely gorgeous and made the loveliest spray I have ever seen. I told Darlene what I wanted and never had to speak to the florist. Darlene gladly took care of that too and the results were perfect. From start to finish everyone was the answer to Prayer. We will never forget what a Blessing they were to us when we needed it the most and I hope there is a special place in Heaven for the four angels at James Funeral Home. -Chuck White
