When I was in a car accident Jackson Massey had a representative at my house the next day. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. They were responsive to all my questions throughout the process. Mr Massey not only called to check on me he also prayed with me. When the insurance company wanted to settle for one amount Mr Massey made sure I wanted to accept the offer or go back to the insurance company and request more.
