IT Sportswear

My company has been dealing with IT Sportswear for years and years, never had an issue. However, the latest order of over $2000.00 was sent in with names, sizes and amounts of each employee. Then, I was sent an order form to read an approve, in which I did. Still yet, they messed up the order with colors and sizes. When I reached back out to them to make it right, they told me that they didn't know if they could fix the order because it wasn't enough shirts to use their system. I informed them that they messed up the order and they should make it right. Week later, called and said the shirts were ready and they shammed me with screen print shirts, with the company logo almost in the arm pit of the shirt. Not the old IT Sportwear and the staff there now has no clue how to do good moral business to a long time customer. Sad.

I am at FT Gordon for an SBOLC class and the class wanted to have t-shirts made. Big Frog had troubles getting one person to handle a quote and then finding the coyote brown color in a dry-fit style. IT Sportswear found a shirt in the color and style with no problem. They were even able to get the many colors that we wanted on both sides of the shirt which Big Frog could not do. The shirts turned out amazing and the price was good. Thank you IT Sportswear!
