Very unaccomodating and rude to us. We had all the proper paperwork needed for our case, but they blamed it on the life insurance company, which had indeed filed properly. The 1099 was as accurate as could be. The fault lies on the IRS, but this organization cannot and will not take responsibility.

For one they can’t do simple math. You try to call them and you’re on hold for two hours then the lazy ass person that answers the phone pretends like she can’t find your information when you just talked to somebody two months ago then because she don’t wanna work hangs up the phone. I really wish I would’ve got her ID number. It’s probably one of them workers working from home with our tax paying money supporting them.

My experience was bad from the start. The security lady sitting at the door had the worst attitude I've seen in a long time, she was very disrespectful as if I had done something to her and I had never seen her before. She was talking to me as if I had committed a crime and I hadn't even got in the door yet, but as observed, her tone was different to others as they came in. After I was done taking care of my business and about to leave, she went off again because I was standing at the counter putting my ID back into my wallet, stating that I was being disrespectful by holding up the next customer. It's sad when people of color gets a good job, but thinks it's ok to treat your own race of people that way. The IRS needs to get a grip on this, there are cameras in the place, sometime take a look at them, and you'll be surprised at what your own workers are doing. I'm just came there to take care of business and not be harassed. It's not a good look, because if I would has approached her that way the first thing she would have done was to pull her gun and flexed. NOT THE WAY I WANTED TO START MY DAY.

Front Desk lady is the most rude lady I've seen in a while. If you don't know how to talk to people get a different job. Why do you have an attitude and being rude? The staff member does not know the basic rules of the IRS. This morning, I had an appointment with a staff member. She does not know anything and does not have knowledge of IRS rules. She told me that there was one document missing and to give me my next appointment after one month. I called the IRS Taxpayer Assistance Number and discussed everything with them. The service lady on the phone told me that my documents were correct, and I was supposed to get my number. This shows the knowledge of the IRS staff members. Worse service. Worse IRS staff in Augusta.
