My wife and I are both senior citizens and have difficulty at times dealing with new technology. We recently bought a Smart TV and despite our best efforts couldn't get it to work correctly. I called Integrated Media and asked for help. Phil came to our home and patiently helped us set up the TV and program all of the remote so we could access all of the channels w would like. He the did a speed test to prepare us to begin streaming on the TV. It was well worth the cost of the visit. Phil was great! I highly recommend Integrated Media! They were a pleasure to deal with and we are extremely satisfied with the results.

The team at Integrated Media is great to work with. This is the second time we’ve called on them for a project at our house and they did not disappoint. The site survey was thorough, and Dave took the time to listen to our ideas and then asked questions so he could provide us with multiple options. When we had additional questions a few days later he responded promptly. The installation went great. Evan and Matt reviewed the plans and clarified that everything was correct before they started. Michael was nice enough to troubleshoot a low wifi signal while he was there to assist with the install, which kept our devices running smoothly. Everyone was professional, respectful and showed an attention to detail which is, unfortunately, not as common as it should be. I highly recommend choosing Integrated Media to handle your home audio/video needs.
