Your restrooms require more attention as they should not be in the unpleasant state they are currently in. Please clean them. I feel like I shouldn’t couldn’t come to the salon with a nasty restroom

I’m disheartened to say I did not have a pleasant experience. I reached out and requested a style of Cuban Twist and for 5 of my locs to be reattached. I asked ahead of time for the price and provided photos of the requested style. I was informed the process would be $130. Upon arrival and the process of my hair being shampooed she explained that a few more of my locs needed to be reattached, I said okay! later while under the blow dryer I asked did she need the 5 locs I had brought in with me. Those locs were not washed. My edges were not touched and I provided 3 packs of hair with only one pack of hair being used. I ended paying $160 at the end of the night, due to her informing me additional items were completed, which I had no problem paying. Fast forward the very next day I reached out to request some of my funds back after reviewing my hair when I got home I was unsatisfied with the work that had been completed only to find out after I reached out that (the locs I brought to the appointment she still had in her possession) I was informed she hadn’t had time to inform me she still had my locs (mind you I left her shop 8:20pm and reached out the next day at 2:00 after I clocked out from work.) After discussion I was informed I wasn’t even charged for a style I was charged for shampoo, reattachment and scalp treatment add on. When I asked why the discussion of the actually style of being more than what was originally discussed I was informed it was late and we had been at it all night. Respectfully when I asked why the discussion of if I could come back at another time an excuse of well I didn’t think to clarify or ask etc etc … needlessly to say I didn’t not get my requested refund of 60 and I had to get my hair redone to the style I initially booked the appointment for. Very disappointing experience!!!
