Had an appointment at 9:10 a.m., but I arrived at 8:45. I went straight to their office and was out by 8:50! Very quick and efficient. The lady who assisted me was very sweet and helpful!

Had an appointment for 10:30 today, showed up at 10:05. The waiting room was full. After about 10 minutes a gentleman from the back office came out and said he has been on hold since 8 am with tech support. He went on to say they were down for 2 weeks for the same type of problem 2 weeks ago. I drove 90 minutes to get there only to be told there is nothing they can do. When I asked if there was a phone number I could call to see if they were back online before driving another 90 minutes to get there I was told no and don't call the help line because they were clueless what was happening there. This is no way to run a business. The federal government needs to cancel their contract for lack of performance. I took time off from work and drove 120 wasted miles. There needs to be accountability and compensation for lost wages time gas for their inability to fulfill their contractual agreement with the government.

Had an appointment at 8:45 this morning. Drove two hours to get my fingerprints taken, as all the other locations were booked two weeks out, this one had availability the next day. I arrived a little early and walked in to make sure I was on time considering the email gives no instructions on where the suite would be in the actual building. If you walk through the front doors, it’s the hallway to your right and the first door. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and both ladies were very polite. I was in and out within less than 5 minutes.

Very friendly and on time with the appointments and even tried to help walkins in between the ones that had appointments ,he was very informative about questions that I had he made my visit very nice and easy

My name is Cassidy Shaffer I had an appointment at 11:45 the door was closed and locked it said they go on lunch break from 12-1 but why was the door closed and locked 15 mins before there scheduled lunch time. I waited there for 15 mins I knocked no one answered which is ridiculous. I called after there scheduled break no answer. Why go on break when people have scheduled appointments another lady was waiting there for her appointment to and she looked pissed off. This is terrible service don’t have a break when people have appointments and are there waiting for there appointment I needed this appointment and they screwed me over so thanks a lot finger print place I am never referring you to anyone but don’t have a lunch when people are there waiting that’s just rude and disrespectful don’t have people waiting if they have an appointment. I am very pissed off.
