I was very pleased with my first complete laser hair removal treatment and I knew I wanted to return for a second treatment. This would be my second time coming here for laser hair removal, having taken advantage of my birthday discount and their monthly special made it an easy decision. They always greet me with smiles and friendly conversation, while informing me of any sales on products or services they have going on at the time. I always feel comfortable during my appointments and they happily answer my many questions. Their office and treatment rooms are clean and they always follow necessary hygiene and sanitization procedures during treatments.

I received laser hair removal and nurse Jackie was so sweet and informative. Talking and preparing me the entire time. She is so knowledgeable and I fully trusted anything she did or said. Crystal at the front desk was just as sweet and I appreciate being greeted by someone so kind and patient.

Now 10 years later, I recently went back to treat another area of my body. I have received the same professional, polite service I always have. I’ll continue to go here over any local competitor. I really like Heather the best, she models the best behaviors for providing service for LHR. When I contacted them to start up treatments again, I was met with full transparency for pricing. Some of the other local places (Milan) won’t even give you a quote over the phone, and want you to come in for “free” treatments without telling you pricing. Milan also kept spamming me even after I told them I was getting service somewhere else. I like the way Ideal Image runs their business. Straightforward. No nonsense. Professional. Fabulous results! I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience the staff is truly amazing. They’re always welcoming this is my fourth session and I’m seeing really good results so far.
