I Heart Mac and Cheese Augusta

I have never eaten mac and instantly become angry. There is no flavor, chicken is horrendous and barely any cheese. $14 for a thing of chicken mac that I could have made at home that would taste better. Not worth it at all.

The store was well air-conditioned and sparkling clean. The friendly employee greeted us and was patient with our questions as new guests. The classic Mac and cheese was delicious, as was the grilled chicken flatbread and cheesy broccoli . There are also vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian options if you need them. I wish it had coupons or weekly deals or something like that, but the portions were so generous we were able to split the pizza and a bowl of mac and cheese among the three of us (adults). Like most places these days, they ask if you want to leave a tip which I really don't understand because it should be limited to establishments that have waitstaff. It makes you nervous not to leave a tip because you're worried they'll do something to your food. That and you have to leave a tip ahead of time, which makes no sense. Thankfully, the employee did give us excellent service.

The food was really good. The service was very slow. I have only been the one time, but with only one person in front of us it took nearly 20 minutes for our family to order. I do not blame the staff. They were friendly and seemed to be doing their job, but the way the restaurant operates seems very inefficient. The prices were also surprisingly high for a counter service restaurant (over $60 for 4 and one of those was a kids meal). At least the food was good, but the experience as a whole left me disappointed.

First time coming here. We both built our own Mac and cheese bowls. I built a basic buffalo chicken bowl with a side of Mac and cheese bites. Mine was phenomenal!! My husband got a short rib bowl with a side of tots! I took a bite of his and i about melted into my seat! This is like a Mac and cheese subway! It’s the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had. The service was excellent, we had a wonderful woman named brandy and she greeted us with warm smiles and laughs! The atmosphere makes you feel chill and comfortable! We love this place and we will surely be back!

This fast food establishment is a crime against humanity, the side soup is literally in a sauce dipping container. Maybe 2 Ounces of soup. Whatever CEO decided this menu, Fire them. This company warms up pre-cooked cold noodles and put cheese on it and then charge super high prices. You pay 17-19 dollars for a soda, 3 macaroni-ball side, and a precooked bowl of mid macaroni then asked to tip 15% 20% or 22%. It might be worth going one to see how ridiculous it is, but I do not recommend for anyone seeking an enjoyable meal.
