Hyatt House Augusta / Downtown

Hyatt House Augusta Downtown is conveniently located with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The complimentary continental breakfast was very good with an abundance of offerings. I was quite impressed with how many options there were to choose from such as bagels, muffins, smoked salmon, capers, fruit juices, variety of dairy and non-dairy milks, cold cereals, oatmeal, granola, yogurt, hot items like scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, and even an omelet station! The true stars of our stay were the wonderful, professional, hospitable, and kind staff. Mr. Bobby Boseman went above and beyond in his kindness, please give him a raise or a bonus! Kudos to all the team at Hyatt House Augusta Downtown! 👏🏼

Homeless people everywhere. So very sad. Rooms and hallways smelled musty and of oinions. Don't forget room key or elevator won't work for u.. On the plus side, Breakfast was fabulous

Hope you don’t need sleep. 8th floor Rooftop party is banging at 10pm and the noise comes right through the ceiling of my 7th floor room. Great if you like raves, not so great when you’ve got a 2:30am wake up for a flight. You can do better Hyatt. My walls are vibrating.

Stayed here to attend a fundraiser sponsored by a long time friend. Everything was great. Location n price was also great!!! Didn't get a chance to experience the roof top bar...maybe next time.

Great location, nice room layout. Mini kitchen. Bedroom is separate from living space. Restroom is off bedroom. For those that care, no fan in bathroom, shower only.... also mirror in bedroom is located inside the closet, which is best feng shui. Housekeeping is ok, not the best or friendliest service. Several times I spoke and they ignored. They throw your pillows on the floor to make the bed. When I saw that I started skipping service until check out day. Front desk staff have exceptional service and are very helpful... Rooftop bar service was great. I didn't eat at this hotel, did not use laundry room or gym. Used garage parking which was $7/day. No valet available, nor is it necessary. SC border
