Below average experience. All about business. The older male lawyer on 11/5/2024 at 1015 was a fast talker and seemed agitated and slightly bored with this portion of his job and any questions. He has been doing it for a while, but was insensitive to the fact that some people are detailed and many do not purchase homes as often as he pushes paperwork. There was a time you did not know what you know dude. Overtalked and was rude while I tried reviewing documents. Made snide remarks. I would not like to do business with them again based on that experience. Yall have no problem collecting your share of the money pool, but want to fast talk and I have to force additional details out of the fast talk summary where he is skipping 12 pages and asking for a signature. They ONLY care about $, just another number to rush out!

I’ve closed MANY transactions with Cece Stallings over the last few years and she always exceeds my expectations. Even when title issues arise, her team works hard to keep us moving along to the closing table. Kem, Natalie and Kate are our rockstar closing team and a group of ladies that are a pleasure to work with. They are extremely communicative and willing to go the extra mile which is a rare find in this business for sure!!

My experience,....non existent! I left a detailed summary with the woman that answered the phone two weeks ago. She was very pleasant, displayed professional courtesy and said the attorney would call me back. The lawyer has not picked up the phone to return my call so I can only assume (two) things; 1.) He died and will not be calling me back; 2.) He has lost his manners along with his professional etiquette and due diligence. **Sometimes when I'm running out of time, I'll multitask when sitting on the crapper. I'll make my necessary phone calls (while taking care of business). P.S.,....perhaps others may learn something positive from this stone tablet that I have etched in. The "reviews" platform in this Age of Communications & Electronics is a double edged sword. ⚔️💂🇬🇧💂⚔️

Do not use this attorney for any closings very inconsistent in communication the coordinator Krystal brown did not listen to any instructions we gave her we told her to wire our funds to our account and she just sent them to the front desk to be picked up by us and the best part about that is no one from the attorney office reached out to communicate with my team I have not had a closing that bad where every party I was working with expressed such frustration in the attorney it was a nightmare for all of us involved.

Always ensures smooth closings for my clients whether they are buy or selling!! It really is welcomed to this Realtor, helping me with a service that is professional & accurate.
