The entire process was great. I highly recommend Nancy Paradise to do your taxes. She was a great help to me and was very easy to work with. Considering my Parkinson's disease she was the best fit I have had now over the past two years! Thanks for your patience and support Nancy

WORST guy ever to answer the phones at this location!! I was returning my Tax Prepares call, my called ID showed he called me twice from this number and the guy who answered immediately cuts me off and would not let me talk, but instead continues to say over and over again he doesn't work here" I don't know what to tell you". I've been using H&R block for yearsssss. but if this type of costumer service continues, I will go to someone else.

Horrible experience, I felt offended and insulted by Anthony Cardullo, Anthony was extremely rude and unprofessional, He didn't seem to know what he was doing and insulted me with his assumptions about me with out asking any real questions and then got down right volatile when I got offended by his poor attitude and pointed it out to him. If this guy represents H&R block then I will never do business with the again, I admit I expect good customer service being a customer service specialist, but in all of my experience this guy is one of the worst people I have ever dealt with.

When you're in the middle of banging your head against the wall because of how complicated our tax forms can be, Ibtisam Shareif is the absolute best person to go to for help. Not only is she extremely personable, but she has her CPA and is extremely knowledgeable. I learned more from her in one day of tax preparations than I have in 8 years of filing taxes guided online. She found more deductions for me than I would have found on my own, and the experience was, dare I say it, actually enjoyable. I never thought I would say that taxes were enjoyable in my lifetime, and major thanks to Ibtisam Shareif for bringing that statement into a reality.
