It's always a pleasure working with Larry. He's very patient and really enjoys his work. He tries his best to get you the biggest refund he can and has even caught a few mistakes that I'd made.

Miss Debra a theif I remember me and my husband had a late appointment and we stayed in there for two hrs straight I fell asleep my husband was still up and she had a calculator the hole time and when we called them they told us it was minus 600 not only that she had us in there after they was closing soooo now me and my husband probably have to pay more to the IRS all because this lady miss Debra wanna steal I advise people not to go to miss debra because. You will have to pay IRS

Lourie McCoy was very knowledgeable, fast, and accuracy. She explain to me very clearly what to expect, and when I should get my refund. Will definitely come back

Excellent tax preparer... Mrs. Keefer has a wealth of knowledge and gives it away freely to her clients. Best customer relationship I've ever experienced. From check into paying is an excellent customer experience and is not expensive.... Mrs. Kiefer has a wealth of knowledge and just keeps giving, including all preparation and information.. had our information on the computer before we sat down.... Always checks in to see how much she can save us or if she can get us more, has made us better a itemizing an accounting for expense.... even help me with a tax problem from years ago give me the right phone numbers and people to contact... She remembers US (knows our name)every year and we go back every year. I think 9 years, now. I always recommend Mrs. Kiefer and h&r block two people asking...

The fees are ridiculous. I didn’t know there were stipulations for the advance fee. That was the ONLY reason I went. I used Turbo tax and got the same amount as HRBlock. My preparer was great she did explain everything to me. However to get the advance you must have to have A+ credit and I know my score is not bad at all. What a disappointment. Next time I’ll go back to Turbo Tax.
