House Doctors has done multiple rounds of excellent work on our house in the past several years. Most recently they fixed a leak occurring between our first and second floor, repaired some exterior wood, and redid a textured ceiling. Our house is very old and full of unique surprises and challenges but they have the expertise to get done what we need, including dealing with plaster and lathe walls and old-timey wavy glass. They also have the experience and creativity to come up with tailored solutions to help us get our home the way we want it. Overall they are highly professional and will work with you to make sure your work gets done the way you want it.

Very quick response time and quality work! Fair priced! They replaced two exterior doors for me. They kept their work area clean and were very respectful to my parents who were house sitting for me. Will use them again for future projects.

The guys at house doctors went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. They make it very clear that customer satisfaction is more important to them than making a profit from your misfortune. They came and replaced a rotten section of door frame and it is even better than new. Highly recommend this business and will be using them again when ever there is a repair that needs to be done.

Initial call and inspection was done in a timley manner with the owner of company. He sent me a quote and emailed back saying the price was high. After about a month, I accepted the repair quote and called them back. Somebody reached out to me the next day and made plans for the repair date. A day prior to the repair day, I reached out to the gentleman to confirm the appointment. Never received a reply and when I called, he didn't answer. Canceled my activities because of the repair day, but was a no show. Wasted my time and my families time waiting on him. Called this company on the following business day in which was told somebody will be calling me about this issue. Had to call them 3 different times and still no call back. Don't waste your time with them because they will waste yours. If I could select zero stars, I would. The lady that works the front desk was kind enough to give me another business to utilize because thus was taking too long. A simple phone call explaining the situation would of been ok. Being ignored is unacceptable for any business. This is by no means professional at any level.

Did exterior wood repair work. Installed gutters. Provided excellent detailed estimate and followed plan. Highly recommend. Will definitely use again for future projects. Thank you! Connie West
