dont buy carpet thru Home Depot Aiken South Carolina , warning. Spent good money on a high end carpet and high end pad. Good price, install was terrible. They didn't stretch carpet, spoke with manager and she stated they would take care of it. Been over 3 months, several phone calls. Still nothing. She said on last visit, they can't find a good carpet installer and this happens often with the company they use. When we purchased carpet there was no mention about this problem.

I purchased a water heater with extended service contract from the Aiken Home Depot. Water heater has had FOUR service calls in 5 years! Service is subcontracted to local providers who's quality is anybody's guess. When I contacted Home Depot resolutions department they stated they "might" be able to replace the unit-if it failed "1 or 2 more times"!

HAd carpet installed last year and the installers were TERRIBLE. My carpet has noticeable seams EVERYWHERE and the installers RUSHED thru the job. It looks terrible. I was so exhausted from crying I just left it alone and did not complain as it was the entire 2nd floor.

Found a couple helpful employees and was able to get in and out no problem

Everywhere but the customer service desk has outstanding service.
