I called the office to initially ask questions about cost of service call for diagnosis on our air conditioner that was running but not cooling our home. Thankfully while speaking with the lady, she had received 2 cancelations for this afternoon! It's 5:30 pm and 2 of your very kind and knowledgeable servicemen just left our home after fixing our air! My husband and I are very thankful for your guys that were here and the excellent customer service of all Holley Representatives involved.

What a great company in the time of need! Our air conditioner went out two weeks ago in this heat wave. The outside temperature was over 90 degrees. The inside was temperature was getting hot fast. My wife called and spoke to someone very friendly and professional. She promised someone would call us back. Julio called and advised he would be out to the house in forty minutes. Super helpful and knowledgeable, Julio advised , what the problem was and had the new part in his truck. It has been two weeks and everything has been working out well. Thanks Julio for coming out at night. You are an asset to Holley Heating and Air Conditioning and thanks for making us a new Holley’s customers as well!

I originally scheduled and appt on 6/26. I cancelled the appt that day. Called back and asked to be rescheduled. They were happy to do it. The tech came out today 6/27 and was very nice. He was professional, friendly and thorough. He explained everything in detail with pictures of the parts that's damaged. I couldn't have asked for a better tech!

We have been customers for years for twice a year inspections and cleaning of the system. Then, one day we had no AC. I can't say enough great things about the service we had with Holley. They sent a service rep out the same day, then someone to explain our options the next morning. That same afternoon, they were back with our new replacement house unit. In just over 24 hours from our first call, we were up and running and cool!!! Thanks to Brian, and Kurt and Julio for the install. This company knows how to make its customers happy.

Tech Sabian was very polite and professional. Helpful in answering my questions. My invoice listed and explained steps that the tech took in performing the maintenance and included his findings. I greatly appreciate that he covered his shoes before entering my home. I have benefited from Holley's H&A service since the early 1970's. Never a complaint. Thank you.
