Holiday Inn Express North Augusta - SC by IHG

We only stayed for a single night. The room was extremely clean and breakfast was great. A couple of the lights did not work, but the staff was very apologetic and made it right! Everyone was so friendly and courteous. Will 100% stay again, if traveling thru the area.

Title: Exceptional Service at Its Finest I recently spent three days at this hotel, and I must say that my experience has been truly wonderful, largely thanks to the outstanding staff. Ms. Tangie, who is part of the kitchen staff, has the best customer service I have encountered. She brings a warm smile and a positive attitude each morning, making the start of the day so much brighter. Her attentiveness and kindness really stood out to me during my stay. I would also like to commend Mr. Tim, who consistently demonstrates excellent customer service skills. He welcomes guests with open arms and shares engaging stories that enhance the experience. I witnessed him go the extra mile for a customer, and the outcome was fantastic. His dedication to ensuring everyone is taken care of truly sets him apart. Together, Ms. Tangie and Mr. Tim have made my stay nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel not just for its amenities, but for the incredible staff who genuinely care about their guests. Thank you for a memorable experience!

This is a great hotel. Front desk service nice, let me and my friends hook up a PS5 for the lobby. The rooms are good. There are a few downsides - the elevator is slow, and takes a very long time to open on floors. Also, the pancake maker doesn’t work. Pancakes are always raw, and some people said it tasted like metal. 1/3 of the equipment in the gym is also broken. But, these things aside, this is a great hotel nonetheless.

Great hotel for an over night stay! Alphonso was incredible and assisted our family and baseball team while we were in North Augusta for the baseball tournament! We will be back and highly recommend !!

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times and I’m never disappointed. Check in and out is always efficient, Staff is amazing and the last few times I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with a guy name Alfonzo and who answers all my questions and takes care of any needs that I may have. I highly recommend the North Augusta location.
