Holiday Inn Augusta West I-20 by IHG

I visited this location and the service was fantastic. The staff were friendly, kind and incredibly helpful. The hotel was spotless, from the front desk to the room. I also loved the fact that it seemed to be fairly new. The bed was super comfortable and though the bathroom was a bit small, I appreciated the larger sized shower. The breakfast was pretty tasty and the restaurant staff were PHENOMENAL! I appreciated their attention to detail and sense of urgency in making sure I had everything I needed and wanted. 10/10, definitely recommend.

Within the past year my wife and I have stayed at your hotel when traveling we plan our stops that involve a holiday inn express they are always clean never an issue plus the main reason is breakfast. The difference is you are a Holliday Inn your hotel is incredible staff is friendly place is clean.Im not sure what level my wife is Silver, Silver Elite when she checked in she got recognized for that with a gift bag that goes a long way. Like I said we like our breakfast and your place is amazing the food is amazing especially the cheese grits I will stay there just for those and I let the chef’s know. Then there’s the morning staff amazing they make you feel like you belong. One lady in particular Fran can’t say enough about her I always recommend this place. As long as I have family in Grovetown you will get our business. Thank you

My stay was 2 weeks. In that time an A+++ rating was earned. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Amenities were perfect for business or family, i.e. coffee, tea (in room) with microwave, refrigerator and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. A variety of foods that makes your heart & stomach sing with joy. Loved the ability to relax at the bar or dip my feet into the pool. This location has a superb professional staff that greets you with a smile, helping to address your needs for the perfect stay while you are their guest. So many wonderful things here and 20 mins from downtown or local attractions. Will definitely be looking to stay at the Holiday Inn, Augusta West I-20 by IHG for future trips.

I have been staying here for weeks. The staff are kind and courteous. I get good morning and or welcome back daily. The staff have been friendly and willing to help. Breakfast until 1030 is always good. I can sleep in and still get some fresh food. Cheese grits eggs bacon sausage sweet tomatoes sometimes tacos! The bar is a nice touch. The room was clean bed is a little too soft for my liking but you may like it. All Dove products to use inside wow. Hot shower good pressure too. The safe didn't seem to work. Staff recommend i not use it. Stain on carpet not huge but noticeable. AC and Heat works! Keurig here i used it daily for tea. Fridge and microwave too. Definitely recommend you book here if you're in Augusta

Was here for an extended work trip, most notable people I met at the front desk were Marquis and Keila, and they were amazing in providing the best guest experience and always on-point with everything. Both of them were highly understanding of guest needs. Entire staff was great, rooms were clean and very nice, quiet at night, plenty of parking. On my next trip down here I would definitely stay here.
