Hixon's Roofing - Commercial and Residential Roofers

Thank you so much to Justin and James for making the experience of getting a new roof seamless. They listened to ALL of my concerns and got the job done in less than 5 hours! I’m so blessed to have been able to work with such amazing people and an amazing company! My new roof looks incredible and I’m 100 percent satisfied with the work! Definitely use Hixon for all your roofing needs.

Roof looks good, but could have been handled better. You're guys ran out of shingles as they need neared completion and the man overseeing the crew was not able to get rest need to complete job that day. He started that they would be back out the next day, Friday, to complete the job. They did not, they came and picked up their dumpster and that was it. I waited until 4:30 in the afternoon for someone to call or show up before I called you find out what was going on, of course I had to leave a message. I did get a call back about 20 minutes after and the crew foreman was surprised it had not been finished and that someone would be out, without saying when. I was left with a partially exposed roof and window eyebrow over the weekend as well as shingles laying scattered and trash around the yard. They came out that Monday and finished. No one called to let me know job was finished. Not once during or after the installation did anyone ever check to see what I thought, whether happy or disappointed and why. Even when I came to the office and paid my bill did anyone even ask how I felt about my new roof. Seems you just wanted the money.

Difficult to talk directly to someone on the phone, always leaving mgs. Second issue no body on site spoke English . I have an issue with back corner over eve, not professionally done. I never received any boots for water heater flu and heat exchanger flu. ? Do I have to worry about caulking drying out, then leaks. Price a bit strong. Someone from Hixon give me a call set up a time to take a look.

My experience with Hixon from initial contact to completion was fantastic. The quality of the roofing work on my house and barn is first rate. The project manager was on site--attentive throughout the project and the clean up couldn't have been better. I highly recommend them.

Hixon roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. The crew arrived on time and with sufficient staff to accomplish our replacement in only 5 hours. The supervisor was polite, professional and accommodating with any questions or concerns. Great job!
