I've stayed here numerous times over the last 4 years. Unfortunately, things seem to be going downhill as far as cleanliness & the rooms are getting run down. My last stay in 2024 I'm 99% positive there were bed bugs. I found it running across my bed at like 1am, so I was too exhausted to go to a new hotel- I got moved to the another floor, checked things & crossed my fingers all was OK. I got refunded for 1 night of my stay.... but not sure I'll be back.

Stayed at this property 2 weekends ago. The 1st room we were assigned had what looked like a bedbug on the sofa as soon as you entered. We didn't even go a step further! The front desk associate was great, but I could tell she was EXTREMELY creeped out. She offered us another room right away. NO hesitation or excuses. The rooms at this property are clearly older and in need of updating compared to other Hilton properties I'm accustomed to staying at, but was doable. We sprayed LysoI too death & wiped down just about every surface with disinfecting wipes! My sister ALWAYS travels with her own linen. Unfortunately...I don't. I started itching under my chin and on my chest a few days ago and wasn't sure what it was. It's been 10 days since our trip and I am HORRIFIED to discover I have ringworms!! At first, it was just small bumps, but now they have a more clustered, circular appearance. I haven't been anywhere else since returning, I work from home and am a homebody to the 100th power! By process of elimination, I have to assume the linen (towels and/or sheets) in that room were either not clean or hadn't been laundered in hot enough water to kill a fungus. I ordered some antifungal cream that I am PRAYING will provide some relief soon! The itching and off-putting look of the circular rash has my anxiety on TEN! The lobby was beautiful, staff was amazingly professional & friendly, the location very ideal, but I do NOT recommend!

Good customer service. My only issue was the safety of others involving the elevator people use everyday. We got stuck there for a few minutes. There was also no wifi during part of my stay.

Booked for 2/21/2025 got there about 11:00 from eating and visiting. Turned the heat on and burnt smoke smell filled the room triggering an asthma attack. Left immediately got refunded to the 2/22/2025 but not guaranteed for the night of the 2/21 even though we left at 1 a.m. said could offer us another room to abit after 2 a.m. even though room had been cancelled. DO NOT recommend at all!

This hotel was more than a nightmare to me and my husband ,there were spider webs everywhere, lots of bugs, stains on the curtains, a smelly room, and the employees were very rude. If you complain about the room or the dirtiness, they don't accept it, nor do they change the room or apologize. The room was not booked in my name but in my husband's name, Suboor Rehman, who is also a gold member of Hilton Honors. Our room number was 117, right next to the gym.
