Highland Hills Apartments

I had a bad experience with Tina when I called. I tried to explain my situation and she repeatedly interrupted me. She would talk over me and talk down to me. She was not professional in her communication and she would not explain simple questions clearly to me. Overall, as someone who was hoping to be a tenant in this building, she really ruined that with her unprofessional attitude and the way she spoke to me. She attempted to peer pressure me into signing a lease without my husband being involved and she was rude and just overall left a bad experience. I am a first time renter and my experience here was pretty bad. I booked tours two separate times, and both times I came in, there were no available units I could see. You’d think they’d let me know that beforehand, right? Instead i was informed, both times, after arriving that I couldn’t see anything in person. Also, the leasing agent, Tina Fields, was not great. The first time I left thinking “She’s not professional but at least she’s friendly…” but the second time, Tina was not only unprofessional, but also condescending and lowkey disrespectful. I know I’m a first time renter but calling your client a “liability” to their face is not great customer service. Also, when I told her I’d need to see a unit in person before I’d sign a lease, she acted like I was CRAZY! “Why would you need to see it in person? Everyone just takes the virtual tours these days.” Yeah, okay. 😂 What’s even more worrisome, I was shocked the first time I came because Tina was showing me tenants and potential clients personal information! (Names, addresses, phone numbers, move in dates)That is VERY concerning and I’m sorry if you recently moved in because it’s likely that strangers have seen your personal information. Even worse, it happened the second time too! ALSO, when talking about how our days went (we were both a little stressed) she showed me an email exchange between her coworkers and called one of them a “freaking moron”. I’m gonna let that one speak for itself. Last, but not least, my friend who lives here said “You probably won’t wanna live here. They’re being pretty **** with maintenance and work orders. My unit doesn’t even have A/C.” (Please see attached image) Good luck finding a place to live! I truly hope your experience is better than mine was.

Living at Highland Hill Apartments has been an excellent experience. Tina Fields, the manager, stands out for her professionalism and genuine care for residents. From the leasing process to daily living, she ensures everything runs smoothly and addresses any concerns promptly. The apartments are well-maintained, and the community is welcoming, thanks to Tina’s dedication. Her hospitality and attention to detail make Highland Hill a great place to live. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a hassle-free and comfortable living experience.
