Hertz Car Rental - Augusta, Ga - Washington Road HLE

The manager said I need full coverage insurance on my personal vehicle to be able to rent a car, which according to Hertz's website is incorrect. Also at no point in my reservation did something state that I needed full coverage insurance. The district manager needs to look into this location because the manager just lost a $450 sale.

Great customer service. The gentleman that took care of me was all by himself and did a great job with getting me on the road. Also, I thought it was really cool how they repurposed a bank. What a great way to repurpose an old structure.

I made a reservation online yesterday to be picked up at the auto shop tomorrow. I was not contacted confirming my reservation-- I had to reach out several times, only for them to ask me what time I was going to pick it up... How can I pick it up? Just go to enterprise.

I rented a Vehicle from this location, because my vehicle was in a accident. The representative Denzell was helpful, kind, courteous, and he did his best to get me in a vehicle at the time I needed one. I will Definitely rent from this company again. Picked up a vehicle, and it was dirty with crumbs and smelt like cigarettes. I told the attendant, and she took it in to re clean it, but it still is pretty dirty and smells like cigarettes.
