If I could give 0 stars, i definitely would! Dr. Sheehan started seeing my father a little over 7 years ago for what he diagnosed him with “Psoriasis”. My dad went through multiple treatment options, tried 5 medications in which did NOTHING for him. He continued to suffer. His skin continued to worsen all while still following doctors orders. Fast forward to this last year, he asked very kindly (not in an offending way), if he could’ve been Mis-diagnosed. Since then, he NEVER saw Dr. Sheehan again and only his PA. I guess he hurt his ego (he needs to be humbled anyway, and maybe seek some continuing education). Hopefully this story will do that! My dad started seeing a new doctor, who wanted to biopsy and retest because first glance, he had a feeling he was Mis-diagnosed. Sure enough, his diagnosis came back completely different. A condition called “ Prurigo nodularis” which would be why none of the psoriasis treatments all those years never did anything for him. He’s 2 full weeks into treatment and his skin is healing FINALLY! No itching at all. I completely understand and aware that doctors are only human and make mistakes while practicing medicine, but what is NOT okay in this situation, is that this doctor never even tried re-testing and giving other options. And when he was questioned, just pushed my dad off after he stayed loyal to him for all of those years. Doctors like this should NOT be practicing. We need healthcare workers that CARE for their patients. My father is just happy to be feeling better and have the correct answers so he can stop suffering, so he doesn’t care to make this known but I DO! Seeing my dad suffer in silence, mostly for 7+ years has been hard on not just me, but my whole family. I am so thankful he has the doctor he has now that cared to go above and beyond and not just follow behind the initial diagnosis, and that’s all that matters essentially, but this needed to be made known not just to this practice, but also to any potential...

I’ve been going to Harmony medical for about six years now. Customer service has gotten worse every year. It’s almost impossible to get the office to call you in refills. Typically I’ve got to call them multiple times in a day because nobody answers then when you do get somebody, they seem to always forget to call in your prescription and you always have to follow back up the next day with them. And couldn’t tell me why or if I would get reimbursed for the additional cost since my visit was just a normal routine check up.

Had an appt at 2:25 pm on Tues and called them early on Monday morning to RESCHEDULE due to change in my work schedule. They told me there'd be a $25 24-hour cancel fee.. I'm giving them MORE than 24 hours, and it was a reschedule...not a cancel. They waived it, but too late. I'll take my business elsewhere. Be different if it were a NO SHOW. Not very smart and not good patient-customer service.

I have been seen by Dr Sheehan and many of the best staff around to include PA Lauren H. I have used this practice for years. They have caught a couple of different cancers some precancerous spots as well as wart type horns removed. I am always very pleased to enter the front doos to pleasant staff, checked in and always in and out. Very professional group. In house procedures with the best plastic surgeons next door. Highly recommend 👌

Just started with the group due to my Dr retiring and found everyone so nice and helpful. Danielle was a good listener and asked me a lot of questions and really glad I chose them.
