Hargrove Cleaning Services

I have used the Hargrove cleaning services since I arrived in GA and purchased my Martinez home three years ago. I have service every two weeks in the same time slot. I am very pleased with the thoroughness and quality of work. I have had the same cleaner the whole time. She is like clockwork as I am alerted on my phone outside cameras when she arrives and leaves. She brings her own supplies and equipment. I don't think I am a difficult client as I live alone and have no pets (but Hollie may disagree 😀). It is so nice to not worry about cleaning my larger home. The last thing I want is to clean toilets and vacuum on my few days off. For the size of my house, the price is fair. I trust the cleaner. She has full and easy access to my home and I choose not to be here when she is. Hollie is always willing to gather mail or retrieve packages when I travel. There has been no loss or breakage which is remarkable as my house is definitely not kid-friendly. I am a loyal customer — I feel I lucked out.

They had a last minute cancellation and called me to see if I was still interested. I said yes. They were professionals from start to finish and the house looks great. I had the deep cleaning on a big house and our cleaner knocked it out of the park! Will use again for regular cleanings.

There are a handful of things you look for in a cleaning company. Obviously, whether my house will be clean is important. But just as important is 1) Can I trust the house cleaners 2) Will they be to my house on time, every time 3) Are the employees courteous and respectful. Thankfully, Hargrove meets every one of these and more. They're dependable, reasonably priced, respectful and extremely trustworthy. Would strongly recommend!

We needed a deep clean service and Hargrove was very responsive and was able to fit us in. The communication was great. The cleaning service was good however, there were a few items missed. I addressed concerns with owner, and she sent someone back out to clean the areas and made it right. Great owner that cares about customers satisfaction.

My wife and I have been through a total of 5 cleaners in less than a year. The two best cleaners, abruptly got fired, and my wife and I decided to cancel our services bc we have noticed Hargrove can't keep employees, so there must be something within the actual company going on. How can you be a small company and fire your BEST Workers? 🤔 The person who runs the company spoke on the former employees and I thought that was very unprofessional, to say the least. All information about an employee or former employee should b confidential. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY Again.
